Description

Enviroguard CurveRail Grease is a grease specifically designed to minimize friction, reduce temperature, and prevent wear between the wheel flange and the rail, especially in rail curves. This grease covers longer distances on train tracks and forms a protective layer that is waterproof and lasts longer. Its unique plant-based component provides the performance benefits, makes this grease easily dispensed with a rail lubricator, and is waterproof. This grease is fortified with a synergistic combination of the best quality solid and liquid performance additives that exceed the requirements of curved rail applications.

Superior storage stability and the oil will not separate from the grease minimizing plugging lubricators or lines.

Lubricators require minimum adjustment because of the wider operating range.

APLICATION

Curve rail tracks, wheel flanges and other environmentally sensitive applications. Though this grease is specifically designed for curve rails; however, it works equally effectively in wire ropes and open gear applications as well.
